material:-

2-3 tsp oil
1 tsp garlic
2 green chilies
1 inch ginger
6 curry leaves
1/2 cup onion
salt to taste
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 1/2 tsp pav bhaji masala
4 eggs
coriander leaves for garnish

How to make Masala Egg Bhurji

Take a pan and add oil to it. After this add grated garlic, chopped green chillies and grated ginger. Mix well and then add curry leaves and chopped onions. Add all the spices and mix well. 1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder

First boil the spinach and then grind it to make a puree. Now take a pan, put some oil in it and fry the paneer cubes. After frying, take out the cubes and add cumin and bay leaves to the pan. After this, add finely chopped ginger and garlic along with onion paste. Cook it and then add salt, garam masala, coriander powder and red chili powder. Mix everything well. Add tomato puree and let it cook. After this, add spinach puree and let it cook too. Once the gravy is ready, add paneer cubes and mix everything together well. Tasty palak paneer is ready for you.
